Casa en claro manages enquiries submitted through CASA i CASA. Use the form on this page to contact us about your data.

What we send and why

We use your phone number, optional name and email, location, budget, project type, individual or business status and message to respond to your enquiry. We also pass the language and source page to provide context. Please do not include identity documents or sensitive information.

Your enquiry is recorded in the Casa en claro system and a notification is sent to its operator via Telegram. Submitting does not authorize selling your data or distributing it indiscriminately to suppliers. You are not subscribed to marketing.

Retention and rights

The intended retention period is up to 90 days, except where a contract creates legal retention duties. You may request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction or portability where applicable. The confirmation includes a link to withdraw your enquiry and contact permission. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Cookies and context

A necessary technical cookie keeps the form session and helps prevent duplicates. We do not set advertising cookies here. The source page is sent without tracking parameters or fragments.
