The total adds the home quote, extras, outstanding taxes, land and contingency. Cost per m² uses the built floor area you enter and includes land. Compare specification, scope, programme and warranties as well as the total.
Price the same house, establish who will run the site and agree how decisions are recorded. A remote build needs clear documents as much as clear communication.
